People in Devon should 'be prepared' for snow, says the Met Office as it issues two weather warnings.
The Exeter-based forecaster predicts snow and ice to affect northern and eastern parts of the county on Sunday and Monday.
On Monday, from 12:05am to 11:59pm, outbreaks of rain, sleet and snow will gradually clear from the northwest.
There is the potential for further accumulations of up to 10cm of snow in places, and ice will increasingly become a hazard.
The region has been placed under the yellow "be prepared" warning.
A spokesperson for the Met Office forecaster said: “There is a risk that a band of rain spreading from the South West during Sunday will turn to sleet and snow.
"The public should be aware of possible disruption to travel."
