Exeter Chiefs prop Hoani Tui says the players' desire to create club history will drive them on against Scarlets in the Heineken Cup today.
Chiefs achieved their first-ever victory in European rugby's elite competition last week and they will look to repeat the feat for the first time at Sandy Park today against the same opponents.
Tui said: "We were pushing to create history in the club and last week was another notch on the belt. We were really excited about the game and I was not surprised about the result. We played well in patches and hopefully we can do it again this week.
"To get two on the bounce would be another mark in history for us, if we can do that it will be something special."
A win for Pool Five leaders Clermont Auvergne against Leinster could result in Chiefs moving into second place in the group today.
However, Tui insists Chiefs must focus on their own performance. He said: "We are not looking at other teams' results at the moment. It is better for us just to concentrate on the game ahead of us. We can't control what other teams do so we just have to concentrate on Scarlets this week.
"Hopefully, Clermont will get another win and help things along for us."
Head coach Rob Baxter has made a handful of changes to his starting XV. Into the pack come Aly Muldowney, James Hanks and Dean Mumm, while behind Ian Whitten, Jack Nowell and Phil Dollman are also given the nod.
England international Tom Johnson is set to make his 150th appearance for the club.
Exeter Chiefs: Dollman; Nowell, Naqelevuki, Whitten, Camacho; Steenson Thomas; Sturgess, Alcott, Tui; Muldowney, Hanks; Mumm, Scaysbrook (capt), Johnson. Replacements: Clark, Moon, Rimmer, Welch, White, Barrett, Mieres, Arscott.
