Two businesses based at Pool Innovation Centre have merged to form what they describe as a ‘one stop shop' for business support services.

Freelance PA Beckie Pascoe has joined forces with Kate Whitaker and Emma Mills of bookkeeping company Bluesky Bookkeeping Services, to establish Bluesky Business.

The new company is a six-strong outfit, which will offer a package of services ranging from admin to accounts which will be available remotely or on-site at the clients premises.

Ms Pascoe, who has spent more than 18 years in business administration and management said that it had made sense to join forces with Bluesky.

She said: “We were constantly requiring each other's services for clients so it is a natural progression. We all share the same values and aspirations.”

Bluesky Bookkeeping was founded by Kate Whitaker and Emma Mills two years ago. It quickly established a foothold across a range of sectors, leading it to recruit three further bookkeepers to its team.

Ms Mills said: “It's a very exciting year ahead.”
