Police have released CCTV footage of two people they want to speak to in connection with a theft at the Sainsbury's supermarket in Dawlish.
They are suspected of taking approximately £35 worth of toiletries on Saturday, October 6 at the store before leaving without paying.
Officers have so far been unable to identify the pair and have released several images in a bid to trace them.
The first is described as a white male, approximately 22-years-old, five feet nine inches, medium build with short brown hair. He was wearing a black coat with a white polo top, black trousers and black shoes.
The female is described as white, approximately 22, five feet five inches tall, slim build with ginger brown hair in a bun, wearing a green hoody, green trousers, black shoes, sunglasses and carrying a black and grey rucksack.
Investigating officer Deborah Sleeman said: "It would seem that both individuals came in together but the male left when the female went through the self scan.
"She pretended to scan the items and then imitated inputting her pin to pay for the items via the card system then left.  It is unknown if a vehicle was involved."
Call police on 101 quoting crime reference number JG/12/1700.
