Object which was hurled through house window missed occupants

An object was thrown through the window of a house in Bideford, just missing a father and daughter.

The incident took place at around 12:30am on Saturday, December 15 at a property in Bowdenreen.

The male occupier and his 14-year-old daughter were in the lounge when the front window of the room was smashed with a heavy object.

They saw two men in dark clothing walking away.

No-one was injured.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Police on 101, quoting reference CD/12/2330.
