Direct from BBC Radio 4's Infinite Monkey Cage, stand-up mathematician Matt Parker takes an hilarious tour through the world of numbers on Tuesday at studio@QT in the Queen's Theatre, Barnstaple. Expect everything from debunking number nonsense and flagrant sudoku-based abuse to the mysterious patterns in the locations of ancient monuments.... and defunct Woolworths' stores. Matt's latest Number Ninja show takes a whirlwind trip through the everyday uses of mathematics in an accessible and fun way... and you won't need to be a maths genius to enjoy it.

Expect three times the fun with comic Canadians

Three Canadian stand-up comedians perform their hilarious 2012 Edinburgh Festival show at the Queen's Theatre, Barnstaple, tonight and Exeter Corn Exchange tomorrow. Between them they have appeared on numerous TV comedy shows including: Mock The Week, 8 Out of 10 Cats and Live At The Apollo. Stewart Francis is outstanding in his field of killer one-liners; Craig Campbell is a formidable stand-up who has toured with Frankie Boyle, and Glenn Wool is at the top of his game right now with a burgeoning list of television credits.
