TWO late goals from Alan Griffin condemned Bideford to a 2-1 defeat against Chippenham Town at the Sports Ground last night.
Kevin Squire had given the Robins the lead but Griffin pounced on a mistake from Ian Sampson to equalise in the 85th minute.
And the striker headed the winner four minutes into stoppage time as Bideford's appeals for a foul on Connor Clifford were rejected.
Clifford was sent off for comments made to the referee after the goal.
Defeat leaves Bideford one point above the relegation zone in the Evo-Stik League Southern premier division ahead of the trip to St Neots Town on Saturday.
