Items worth £22k stolen from Shebbear College in North Devon

Police in Bideford are appealing for information following a high-value burglary at a college in Beaworthy.

The incident took place at Shebbear College between 1830 hours on Monday, February 4 and 7am on Tuesday February 5.

Several buildings in and around the college were targeted and extensive damage caused in order to gain entry to the complex.

Computer equipment was stolen, including laptops, notebooks, televisions and photographic items.

It is estimated that the value of the stolen items was around £22,000.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Police on 101, or Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555 111, quoting reference CT/13/70.
