Mystery Batman and Robin spotted in Plymouth

TO the Batmobile!

These two jokers were seen racing through the streets of Plymouth today in Batman and Robin costumes.

Herald reader Leann Owen, who snapped the daring duo, said: “They were running along West Hoe Road about 11.30am this morning. I would love to know who they are and why they were dressed like that.”

After The Herald published the story online, the duo were unmasked as Richard Lander Stow and Stuart Queen who are running Sunday’s Eden Project marathon in aid of Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research. To sponsor them log on to www.justgiving.com/fatmananddobin.

Guilty as charged. After getting so much attention we have raised a JustGiving page which you can find here null We will be running in the Eden Project Marathon on Sunday to raise money for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research, and decided to make a few people smile by spending an hour running around the town centre today :)
