Law firm Stephens Scown has been selected as the South West solicitors to join the legal panel of the British Free Range Egg Producers' Association.

The association represents 600 producers across the nation. Stephens Scown , which has offices in Exeter, St Austell and Truro, will be available for any legal issues the association's members need advice on.

Susie Murray, a specialist agriculture lawyer and partner in Stephens Scown's rural team, said: "We are looking forward to helping the association's members with legal advice on everything from property issues to employment law.

"As with all of our work, our aim is to support our clients in every way that we can, so that they can get on with the job of running their businesses, knowing that their legal issues are in safe hands."

Robert Gooch, the associations director of policy, said he was delighted that Stephens Scown was joining the legal panel.
