Exmouth College bus found 25 minutes after being reported stolen

Comments (0) A bus which was reported stolen has been found by police this morning.Officers in Exmouth were called by the driver who discovered the bus missing from Imperial Road in Exmouth at 7:50am.It is thought the bus was taken between 1am and 6am today.The silver Volvo double-decker bus was found by police in Newton Poppleford at 8:22am today.The bus is used to transport students from Budleigh Salterton to Exmouth College.Police say they are appealing for witnesses who may have information about the incident to call them on the non-emergency number 101 quoting crime reference number KE/12/28/39.

    I would like to share an experience with you all, about drinking and driving. As you well know, some of us have been known to have had brushes with the authorities on our way home from the odd social session over the years. Last night, I was out for a few drinks with some friends and had a few too many cocktails and some rather nice claret. Knowing full well I may have been more than slightly over the limit, I did something I've never done before - I took a bus home. I arrived home safely and without incident, which was a real surprise, as I have never driven a bus before and am not sure where I got this one ...

    Are you sure it was a bus? It looks more like a police car.
