Cornwall shopping centre is sold in £26m deal

A Westcountry shopping centre in has been sold in a £26 million deal.

The West Cornwall Shopping Park in Hayle has been sold by the Hercules Unit Trust to IM Properties.

The shopping park is made up of four retail units occupied by M&S, Next, Boots and Costa Coffee.

Charles Maudsley, head of retail at British Land, HUT’s property adviser said: “The sale is in line with Hercules Unit Trust's business plan and fund strategy to dispose of smaller, non-core assets.”

British Land was represented by Wilkinson Williams. IM Properties was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle.
