The iconic Coca-Cola Christmas truck is out its way to Exeter.
The soft drinks giant’s promotional tour drew huge crowds when it rolled into the city last year and it will be in the city centre this Sunday (December 15)
The truck has started the long tour of the UK, visiting Sheffield today, and is making the Exeter stop its only visit to Devon and Cornwall.
Last year amid a winter wonderland complete with snow and Christmas trees, visitors were invited to have their pictures taken next to the illuminated truck. Festive helpers were on hand to serve chilled Coca-Cola, Diet Coke and Coke Zero.
The Christmas truck – which has gained a cult following thanks to the beverage company’s popular Yuletide advertising campaigns – will be back in Bedford Street from 10am to 6pm.
Princesshay centre director Wayne Pearce said: “We are pleased to welcome the truck to Exeter.”
