A family-run garden centre has honoured its 100-strong workforce for their commitment to the business, as it marked its 30th anniversary.
Founding directors David and Luella Bellman presented every single employee at Monkton Elm Garden & Pet Centre at Monkton Heathfield, near Taunton, with a commemorative David Austin rose bush to celebrate their achievement.
Platinum, gold, silver and bronze certificates were also given to staff in recognition of service milestones.
Seven employees received platinum certificates awarded to those who have dedicated more than 20 years to the company. Among them were shop manager, Steve Searle, who has been with the company for nearly 30 years.
Patio manager Chris Hawkins has worked at the garden centre for 26 years, while plant manager, Andrew Pitman has clocked up 25 years.
General manager Norma Moore said: "Our current employees have collectively notched up more than 500 years' service between them.
"It's a tremendous achievement reaching our 30th birthday year and every member of the team needs to be recognised for their contribution to the success and longevity of the business."
